Tolsta competed well in 5-aside tournaments (Nicolson Sports Centre, Andy Gray 5s, the Hangar, Sports Festival) in the 70'and 80's winning a number of competitions. However, on this occasion and in a number of other finals, Tolsta lost out to the Acres Boys Club who were the undisputed champions of the indoor game in the Western Isles and further afield for nearly twenty years. The ABC of course included the Johnson twins (back row, second and seventh from the left) who turned out regularly for the Tolsta Eilean an Fhraoich team. <back
